Card Transactions
What Are Card Transaction Records
The card transaction list centralizes payment records such as authorizations, clearing, reversals, and refunds. For example, an online subscription charge may first appear as an authorization in processing and change to Succeeded only after the merchant clears it.
Why Review Card Transaction Records
Card transaction records are the primary basis for checking payment results, handling refund disputes, and performing financial reconciliation. Combine date, card, merchant, transaction type, and status filters to quickly locate records for a card or period.

Understand Amounts in Processing
After a merchant initiates an authorization, the amount may remain in processing and reserve Available to Spend. Subsequent clearing, reversal, or refund updates the transaction status and related amounts. If the merchant amount differs from the final cleared amount, use the transaction details and settlement records as the source of truth.
