Primary Account

The Primary Account is the top-level funding account for a business. It is mainly used to receive Top-ups, centrally manage funds, and transfer funds to Sub Accounts.

Primary Account funds can be used to:

  • View the overall business funding position;
  • Receive supported Top-ups;
  • Transfer funds to Sub Accounts;
  • View Primary Account fund movement details.

Primary Account funds cannot be used directly for Budget or Card spending until they are transferred to a Sub Account.
