Are the funds in different Sub Accounts kept separate?

Yes. Funds across all ORBSIS Sub Accounts are completely isolated. Each Sub Account has its own independent fund balance and transaction records, and all operations are entirely separate from one another.

Advantages of fund isolation

Independent accounting, clear reconciliation

The income and expenditure records of each Sub Account are stored independently. Finance staff can query transaction details by Sub Account dimension without having to filter through mixed transaction flows, significantly improving reconciliation efficiency.

Parallel management across multiple departments and projects

Businesses can open separate Sub Accounts by business line, department, or project. Each team operates independently within their own account, making fund usage immediately visible and enabling management to monitor the fund status of each business unit in real time.

Eliminating the risk of cross-project fund misuse

The fund isolation mechanism fundamentally prevents the misuse or mixing of funds across different projects or departments, effectively reducing financial management risk and providing a clear, traceable fund trail for internal audits.
