Virtual Cards

A virtual Card must be linked to a Budget and is used for actual payments. Creating and using a Card is subject to the Budget Limit, Card status, Card type, and platform rules.

Shared Limit Card

A Shared Limit Card does not have an independent Card Limit. Multiple Cards share the Available Limit of the associated Budget.

For example, when an advertising team needs separate Cards for different advertising accounts, it can create one Shared Limit Card for each advertising account. All Cards use the same advertising Budget, which makes centralized management and flexible allocation easier.

Dedicated Limit Card

A Dedicated Limit Card has an independent Card Limit. This limit occupies the Utilized Limit of the associated Budget.

For example, a Dedicated Limit Card can be created for an AI subscription service or a fixed supplier with a fixed spending limit, preventing the service from spending beyond the specified amount.

When the page displays “No Limit”, it only means that the Card has no independent Card Limit. It does not mean that spending is unlimited.
