Answer: The application page currently supports businesses registered in the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Macao, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, China. The actual list of available locations on the Business Verification application page takes precedence. For other registration locations, contact the Support Team first.
How many times do I need to complete Business Verification?
Answer: Business Verification generally needs to be completed only once. If the business name, address, directors, ownership structure, or controlling persons change, update the information promptly and complete verification again as instructed on the page.
How long does it take to receive a result after submitting Business Verification?
Answer: It usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Processing may take longer if the case involves a complex ownership structure, additional materials, or further verification.
