Virtual Cards

Are bulk card creation and bulk management supported?

Answer: You can request multiple cards at once. You can also select multiple cards in the card list and perform bulk Enable, bulk Disable, or bulk Delete operations. Before bulk deletion, confirm that the cards have no incomplete transactions. Deleted cards cannot be restored.

Which card information can be modified?

Answer: You can modify the card name and the Card Limit of a Dedicated Limit Card. Whether a change is allowed depends on the card status, the Budget Available Limit, and the permissions of the current account. A Shared Limit Card does not have an independent Card Limit and cannot be adjusted as a Dedicated Limit Card. Enable, Disable, and Delete are card status-management operations and can be performed from the action bar or bulk action bar.

What is the difference between disabling and deleting a card?

Answer: Disable is a temporary and reversible status used to pause a card. Delete ends the card lifecycle and cannot be reversed. If you only need to stop transactions temporarily, use Disable first. Delete the card only after confirming that it will no longer be used.

Why do I see “Card cannot be cancelled: no transaction records found” when deleting a card?

Answer: This message means that the system found no transaction records for the card, so the Delete operation was not successful and the card remains in its previous status. Open the Transaction Records section in the card details and check whether any spending records exist. If the card genuinely has no transaction records, the card cannot currently be deleted. If transaction records exist but the error continues, record the card ID, error message, screenshot, and operation time, and contact the Operations Portal team for investigation. After a card is successfully deleted, it becomes permanently inactive and cannot be restored.

Is the number of available cards fixed for each card product?

Answer: Each card product usually has its own maximum card quantity. Refer to the used and remaining quantities shown on the Create New Card page. The actual available quantity changes as cards are requested and enabled. If the quantity is insufficient, choose a card product with remaining capacity or contact an administrator to confirm the configuration.

Where can virtual cards be used?

Answer: Virtual cards are mainly used for online payment scenarios that support Visa or Mastercard, including:

  • Advertising-platform top-ups and advertising spend.
  • Subscriptions to AI tools, SaaS software, and other online services.
  • Hotel, flight, and other travel bookings.
  • E-commerce purchases.
  • Digital content, membership services, and online-platform spending.
  • Payments after linking the card to an electronic wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Before using a card, confirm that the target platform or electronic wallet supports it.

Why can a disabled card not be enabled again?

Answer: Whether a disabled card can be enabled again depends on the card and its Sub Account:

  • If the card has been Deleted, its lifecycle has ended and it cannot be enabled again.
  • If the card’s Sub Account has been disabled, cards under that Sub Account cannot be enabled either.
