Accounts and Access
This chapter covers account topics such as sign-in, email verification, and two-step verification. For account, budget, card, and transaction operations, see the relevant chapters and detailed documentation above.
When You Cannot Sign In
Check the following in order:
- Confirm that the account and password are correct.
- Confirm that you entered the correct portal.
- Confirm that the email verification code is still valid.
- Confirm that the account has access to the relevant portal.
- Confirm whether two-step verification is required.
If you still cannot sign in, contact the platform administrator or the ORBSIS Support Team.
Email Verification
The system may ask you to enter an email verification code when you register, sign in, or perform certain security actions.
If you do not receive the code, check your spam folder, email address, and the code validity period. Always use the most recently received code first. If verification still fails after multiple attempts, contact the platform administrator or the ORBSIS Support Team.
If the original email address can no longer receive verification codes but you can still sign in, update the email address in Personal Settings first. If you cannot sign in, complete identity verification and contact the administrator for assistance.
Two-Step Verification
If the page indicates that two-step verification has not been bound, follow the instructions on the page to bind an authenticator before continuing.
When changing devices or when the original verification method is unavailable, use a recovery method or contact the platform administrator for a reset. Never share your password, verification code, recovery code, or other security credentials with anyone else.
