Sign In

Before using ORBSIS, sign in through the portal available to your account.

Use your account credentials to access either the Business Portal or the Admin & Ops Portal. The portals and features available to you depend on your account permissions.

Sign-In Steps​

  1. Open the appropriate ORBSIS portal.
  2. Enter your account credentials.
  3. Complete email verification or any other security verification when prompted.
  4. After successful verification, you will enter the platform.

Which Portal Should I Sign In To?​

Use the Business Portal if you need to manage your own business funds, Budgets, virtual cards, and transactions.

Use the Admin & Ops Portal if you manage customers, funds, cards, transactions, or platform operations for a SaaS or white-label business.

If You Cannot Sign In​

Check the following:

  • Your account credentials are correct
  • You are using the correct portal
  • Your email verification code is still valid
  • Your account has permission to access the portal
  • Two-factor authentication has been completed if required

If you still cannot sign in, contact your platform administrator or ORBSIS support.
