Why would my application be rejected?
ORBSIS conducts a rigorous review of every business verification application. If your application is rejected, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:
1. Authenticity of submitted documents is in question
If submitted documents are determined to be potentially fraudulent through system or manual review, the application will be directly rejected and account risk controls will be triggered. Please ensure that all submitted materials are genuine and valid. Any form of forgery or tampering constitutes a serious violation.
2. Business nature does not meet eligibility requirements
- The business has not completed legal registration, or its registration has been canceled or revoked
- The business's industry falls under ORBSIS's restricted or prohibited categories
- The actual scope of business is significantly inconsistent with the registration information
- The business is a shell company with no substantive business activities
3. Compliance and risk control requirements not met
- Unclear beneficial owner information: Unable to verify the ultimate controlling person or beneficial owner of the business
- Association with high-risk regions: The business's place of registration, actual operating location, or associated individuals are linked to sanctioned countries or high-risk regions
- Abnormal business model: The business model described by the company deviates significantly from industry norms, making it difficult to assess the legitimacy of fund usage
- Negative records among associated parties: The legal representative, shareholders, or ultimate controlling person have a history of fraud, money laundering, or other misconduct
