Why would my application be returned?

Your application may be returned for the following reasons. Please make the corresponding corrections and resubmit:

Reason for Return	How to Resolve
Document has expired	Please upload a valid, up-to-date document
Image is blurry / unclear	Please re-upload a clear front-facing photo with a resolution of at least 300dpi
Incomplete documents	Required verification documents are missing — please refer to the checklist and provide them
Information inconsistency	The information filled in does not match the ID document — please verify and resubmit
Invalid proof of address	Bill date is more than 90 days old, or the address does not match the registered address
EIN information mismatch	The EIN does not match the company name in IRS records
