Choosing the right portal helps you quickly find the features and documentation relevant to your role.
Business Portal
The Business Portal is designed for customers using ORBSIS to manage their own business funds and payments.
You will typically use the Business Portal if your work includes:
- Reviewing business accounts and balances
- Topping up and transferring funds
- Creating and managing Sub Accounts
- Creating and adjusting Budgets
- Creating and managing virtual cards
- Reviewing card spending and transactions
- Managing business-side account, security, and related settings
Common Roles
The Business Portal is typically used by:
- Business administrators
- Finance users
- Treasury or fund management users
- Card administrators
- Business teams managing company spending

Admin & Ops Portal
The Admin & Ops Portal is designed for teams operating an ORBSIS SaaS or white-label business.
It is not the day-to-day fund management interface for an individual business. Instead, it is used to manage customers and platform operations from the platform side.
You will typically use the Admin & Ops Portal if your work includes:
- Querying and managing customers
- Reviewing business verification
- Reviewing customer accounts and funds
- Reviewing Budgets and spending limits
- Querying and managing VCC cards
- Reviewing platform transactions
- Performing financial reconciliation
- Investigating fund, card, or transaction exceptions
- Performing risk and operational management tasks

The Admin & Ops Portal is typically used by:
- Platform operations users
- Customer review users
- Finance and reconciliation users
- Risk users
- SaaS / white-label platform administrators
