ORBSIS Overview

ORBSIS is a platform for business fund and payment management that brings accounts, Budgets, virtual cards, and transactions into one operating model.

Businesses can organize and control funds based on real operational needs and use virtual cards for external payments.

Platform operators can use the Admin & Ops Portal to review customers, funds, cards, and transactions.

What Can You Do with ORBSIS?​

Manage Business Funds​

Businesses can manage funds centrally through a Primary Account and allocate them to different Sub Accounts.

Sub Accounts can be organized by business needs such as:

  • Department
  • Project
  • Brand
  • Business line
  • Other units that require independent fund management

Manage Budgets and Spending Limits​

After funds are allocated to a Sub Account, Budgets can be configured on top of it.

A Budget is not an actual fund account. It is a logical control layer used to manage the spending capacity of virtual cards associated with it.

Use Virtual Cards for Payments​

Businesses can manage VCC virtual cards under Budgets.

ORBSIS supports different card limit models, including Shared Cards that use shared Budget capacity and Limited Cards with an independent Card Limit.

Review Transactions and Fund Movements​

ORBSIS manages account fund movements separately from card spending transactions.

Depending on what you need to investigate, you can review:

  • Account fund movements
  • Budget and limit usage
  • VCC transactions
  • Transaction statuses and details

Two Main Portals​

Business Portal​

The Business Portal is designed for businesses using ORBSIS directly.

It is primarily used to:

  • View and manage accounts
  • Top up and transfer funds
  • Create and manage Sub Accounts
  • Create and adjust Budgets
  • Create and manage virtual cards
  • Review transactions

Admin & Ops Portal​

The Admin & Ops Portal is designed for platform operations teams, including operations, finance, review, and risk roles in SaaS or white-label deployments.

It is primarily used to:

  • Manage and query customers
  • Review customer verification
  • Review accounts and funds
  • Review Budgets and spending limits
  • Manage virtual cards
  • Query transactions
  • Perform operational investigation and reconciliation
