AI Client Configuration

Claude Code

Method 1: Add via CLI

Run the following command in a terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http orbsis \

After running the command, the terminal prompts you to enter the OAuth Client Secret. The Client Secret is not written to the configuration file. When first used, Claude Code opens a browser to complete OAuth authorization.

Method 2: Add via Configuration File

Add the following configuration to ~/.claude.json or the .mcp.json file in the project directory:

{
"mcpServers": {
"orbsis": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://mcp.orbsis.com/mcp",
"oauth": {
"clientId": "agt_xxxxxxxxxxxx"
}
}
}
}

When first connecting to the ORBSIS MCP service, the client opens a browser to complete OAuth authorization.

Codex CLI

Add the following to ~/.codex/config.toml:

[mcp_servers.orbsis]
url = "https://mcp.orbsis.com/mcp"

[mcp_servers.orbsis.oauth]
client_id = "agt_xxxxxxxxxxxx"

Then run the login command:

codex mcp login orbsis

After the command runs, Codex CLI opens a browser. Sign in to the ORBSIS Business Portal and approve the authorization to complete the connection. After the first authorization, Codex CLI saves the authorization state, so you usually do not need to sign in again.

Note: Do not write client_secret directly into ~/.codex/config.toml. The Client Secret should be handled through the secure OAuth authorization flow.
