Download Center and Security Settings
What Are the Download Center and Security Settings
This chapter explains how to obtain exported files from the Download Center and configure security settings such as system sign-in verification.
Why Export and Sign-in Security Matter
Exported files usually contain sensitive customer account and transaction data. Pay attention to access scope and confidentiality when downloading and retaining them, and do not forward them casually. Sign-in verification settings directly affect whether an Admin & Ops Portal account can be misused, so enable the required verification method under company security policies.
How to Use the Download Center and Configure Security Settings
Download Center
The Download Center manages export tasks initiated by card transactions, accounts, or other business modules. Search by file name, task status, or creation time, and download the file only after confirming that the task is complete.
| Fields | Purpose |
| Task ID | The unique ID identifies one export task; provide it first when troubleshooting |
| File Name | Identify the exported business type and generation time |
| Task Status | Determine whether the File has been generated or has expired |
| Completion Time | confirm when the file was actually generated |
| Expiry Time | confirm the file download window |
Go to [System Management → Download Center].
Enter the file name, or narrow the search by task status and creation time.
Confirm that the task status is [Completed], and verify the file name, completion time, and expiry time.
Click the download icon in the Actions column to obtain the file.
If the file has expired, return to the original business module and start the export again.
| File security: Exported files may contain customer, Account, Card, or Transaction data. After downloading, store and transfer them according to company data-management rules; do not share them with unrelated people. |

Security Settings
Security Settings configure the identity-verification method for specified operation types. The current interface can enable 2FA verification for system sign-in and show activation, binding, and operation records in the list.
| Fields | Description |
| Operation Type | Business scenarios requiring Security verification, such as system sign-in |
| Verification Method | The Verification Method used for this scenario; the current screenshots show 2FA Verification |
| Activation Status | Whether this Security Configuration is currently active |
| Binding Status | Used to view whether the related Verification relationship has been bound |
| Recovery Code | Used for Security recovery scenarios; it should only be used in an authorized process |
| Operator / Operation Time | Track who changed the Configuration and when |
Go to [System Management → Security Settings].
Click [Add Configuration].
Select [Operation Type], such as System Sign-in.
Confirm that [Verification Method] is 2FA Verification and set the activation status.
Click [Confirm] to save, then return to the list and confirm that the configuration, operator, and operation time have been updated.
| Pre-change confirmation: Before enabling system sign-in 2FA, first confirm that affected users have an available 2FA Verification Method. Security Configuration should be available only to designated system administrators; also review Audit Logs after the change. |
