Dashboard and Personal Center
What Are the Dashboard and Personal Center
The Dashboard is the home page after signing in to the Admin & Ops Portal. It presents key metrics such as customer scale, fund distribution, Budget trends, and spending trends. The Personal Center maintains sign-in passwords, contact details, and other personal settings.
Why These Two Pages Matter
After signing in, review the Dashboard first to quickly check for abnormalities in customer scale, funds, Budgets, and spending data. Enter the relevant module for investigation when needed. The Dashboard is useful for daily review or before important operations, but every item does not need to be checked at every sign-in.
The Personal Center does not need to be reviewed daily. Use it when changing the sign-in password, updating contact details, or maintaining other personal settings. After changing a password or security setting, sign in again to confirm that it has taken effect.
How to Use the Dashboard and Personal Center
Understand the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first stop for daily operations. Review the customer scale and fund overview first, then review Top-up, spending, and Entity trends. If a metric differs significantly from its normal level, open the relevant module for details.
