What Is the Task Center​

The Task Center collects items that require manual judgment or additional confirmation. Handle them in the order of pending, high risk or high amount, and earliest time. After completing an operation, confirm that the task status has been updated.

Why These Tasks Should Be Handled Centrally​

Transaction discrepancies and Top-ups pending confirmation can be overlooked or checked repeatedly if they remain only in the original lists. The Task Center consolidates items that the system cannot determine automatically and that require manual confirmation, making it easier to process them by priority and retain supporting evidence.

How to Handle Task Center Items​

Handle Transaction Discrepancies​

Find records by transaction number, Entity, discrepancy type, and status.

Open the details and compare the transaction source, amount, status, time, and reason for the discrepancy.

Confirm whether the issue requires a supplementary record, retry, manual adjustment, or escalation to the Technology or Finance team.

Record the basis for the handling, refresh the list, and confirm the task status.

Handling points: Do not conclude based only on a single Status in the list; also verify Transaction Details, the Account Ledger, and the corresponding external reference number.

Top-ups Pending Confirmation​

A Top-up pending confirmation usually requires checking the customer, target Primary Account, currency, amount, posting time, data tag, and KYT result. When a risk hit is involved, complete the risk assessment first; do not post the funds merely to clear the task list.

Search by Entity, Primary Account, posting status, data tag, or time range.

Verify the payment source, amount, currency, notes, and supporting materials.

Check for KYT hits, activity outside the Top-up window, or duplicate-posting risk.

Complete the confirmation, rejection, or escalation and retain a traceable record.
