Troubleshoot Budget Availability

When a budget appears to have remaining limit but cannot support new cards, further allocation, or spending, review:

  1. Whether Budget Limit is sufficient
  2. How much Total Spent has already consumed
  3. Whether Utilized Limit is occupied by limited-card limits
  4. Whether Available Limit has reached 0
  5. Whether the linked sub account still has Available Balance
  6. Whether the card is shared or limited

Keep in mind:

  • A Limited Card's Card Limit occupies Budget Utilized Limit even before the card has spent the full amount.
  • A Shared Card has no independent Card Limit and depends on the linked Budget Available Limit.
  • When Budget Available Limit is 0, existing Limited Cards can continue spending within their own remaining Card Limit, while Shared Cards and new limit allocations are restricted.
