View Customer Data Summary
Customer Data Summary provides a consolidated view of the financial position of all Entities on the platform, including top-ups, fees, actual credited amounts, spending, account balances, and budget limits.
It is primarily used for financial reconciliation and business analysis.
Field Reference

| Entity ID | Unique Entity identifier generated automatically by the system |
| Entity Short Name | Short alias entered by an operations user when verification is approved, used for quick identification |
| Entity Name | Full registered name of the Entity |
| Document Type | Type of KYB verification document submitted by the Entity |
| Document Number | Number of the corresponding verification document |
| Total Top-Up Amount | Total successful online and offline top-up amount initiated by the Entity |
| Total Top-Up Fee | Total fees charged by the platform according to the configured top-up fee rate |
| Total Actual Credited Amount | Total amount actually credited to the account after service fees are deducted: Total Top-Up Amount − Total Top-Up Fee |
| Total Spent | Total successful spending amount generated by all VCC cards under the Entity |
| Total Account Balance | Sum of the current available amounts across all accounts under the Entity, including Primary Account and Sub Accounts |
| Total Available Budget Limit | Aggregate remaining Available Limit across all budgets under the Entity |
| Total Available Limited-Card Limit | Aggregate available limit across all limited cards currently belonging to the Entity |
