Access & Navigate the Portal

Log In to the Platform​

  1. Open the Operations Portal

    Connect to the company intranet or VPN, then open the Operations Platform in a modern browser such as Chrome or Edge.

  2. Enter Your Account and Password

    Accounts are created by a system administrator. After signing in with an initial password, change it as soon as possible.

    If you need an account, contact the system administrator for your team.

  3. Complete Secondary Verification

    Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email to complete multi-factor authentication.

  4. Enter the Workspace

    After a successful login, you are taken to the Home page by default.

    The left navigation displays the modules and data available to your role.

Permissions​

The platform uses Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Menu visibility, field visibility, and action buttons such as Enable / Disable are controlled by role permissions.

If a menu or button is not displayed, it usually means the current account does not have the required permission.
